Program Architecture

Our Contributor program is designed to incentivise the key roles of our DAO as well as the contributions needed for effective and safe operations. From development work, to token engineering, governance improvements, and parameter optimisation, OD DAO Contributor program ensures that the Open DeFi’s Governance token is used effectively to incentivise key roles required for sustainable DAO operations.

In order for this program to operate efficiently and fairly in the DAOs early days (pre-token launch) Non-transferable Contributor tokens will be distributed that can be redeemed on token generation for the reward. More details on this are in the Contributor Reward NFTs section. Upon redemption, rewards vest linearly every 2 weeks for 3 months.
